Africa still imports a large share of its food consumption. We structure integrated projects from farming to processing, secured by long-term off-take agreements: cereal value chains (maize, soy), industrial poultry, agropoles, and agricultural valleys. KUMBA also participates in continental initiatives establishing an African financing infrastructure for agricultural value chains.

Gas-to-power valorization, utility-scale solar farms, electric and solar mobility: we support projects that bridge the structural energy deficit while preparing the clean energy transition.

Affordable housing at scale, urban infrastructure, logistics hubs, and public facilities: we structure public-private partnerships that accelerate delivery while balancing risks between stakeholders.

Manganese, timber, critical minerals: we champion projects that shift value creation toward in-country processing, in line with sovereign industrial strategies.
